- Overall - all-around great weekend thanks to my wife, kids, and awesome peopel at Meadow.
- Paws is doing a little better. Her heart is strong. It's her back legs. One of these days she is going to lay down and just not be able to get back up.
- Love going fishing with Sandy - even if she catches the biggest fish.
- 54 people @ Meadow going thru Financial Peace University! 3x what we were hoping for.
- I LOVE leading Meadow. THE greatest church in America!
- Totally impressed with Rachel & Sandy speaking today. They really brought it!
- Thursday was tough to say goodbye to Patti. 7 years as a great Admin. Assist. Just glad it's only the end of a working relationship, not a friendship.
- Overwhelmed by the giving of Meadowites. Few people see it like I do or know the situations people are giving out of. Loads of people are going to be bombarded with blessing from God.
- There is such a fresh wind of energy and optimisim @ Meadow and I'm lovin' it!
- The new stage lights, speaker, and video/image set up is absolutely COOL! I can't see anyone from stage - but no biggie. It's what's best to make the message clearer.
- Mike (new worship leader intern) is knocking it out of the park with the music - in spite of it being summer and building a team with people gone.
- I love my wife - hands down. She is awesome.
- Pumped about Tena starting in as new receptionist. She's gonna be doing a lot, and will be bringing a new level of energy to the office - even as a volunteer.
- Pulled a bloated, blood-sucking, disease-filled tick from PJ (my other dog) today. You'll probably hear about it someday as an illustration about selfish Christians who think its all about them (did I actually say that?! :))
- I've been watching some friends suffer consequences of bad choices and it really hurts - not gonna lie.
- Thinking about doing a teaching series using the music of Queen like we did U2 a couple years ago. I LOVE Queen. (Any requests?)
