- Had another person give their life to Christ today! I will never get tired of that!
- Don't tell anyone, but over the last four weeks we have covered the "deep" doctrines of the perseverance of the saints, positional and practical sanctification, the propitiation of Christ, imputed righteousness, and the priesthood of the believer. So don't let anyone tell you Meadow is shallow or elementary. We just don't use the big words.
- Pumped about my Growth Group starting this week. Been waaaayyy too long to get together with a small group of Christians to take our faith to a deeper level.
- "Pumped" does not even come close to describe how I'm feeling about the new series starting next Sunday. This series WILL change lives - guaranteed!
- I'm going "off-line" on Tuesday to just seek God's heart, pray for the new series, Growth Groups, volunteers, and every person at Meadow.
- So impressed with the level of giving from those who call Meadow their church home. Our giving/attender is far above the national average. Is it okay to be proud?
- Got a meeting tomorrow night to wade through some nasty muck. I'd appreciate your prayers.
- Really enjoying this empty nest thing. Love my kids, but it's like continuing where we left off 23 years ago!
- Had to put my foot down on a controversial issue today. There is never a neutral leadership decision.

- Some Christians who consider themselves "mature" are actually very childish - just sayin'.
