Over 21 million Americans suffer from depression. I am one of those 21 million. I don't want to be. Guys don't get depressed, we just get stressed (or so we try and convince ourselves). It took me 4 months to admit it. I finally did and am glad I did. It was the beginning of getting real help.
What help did I get? I spent time with a therapist who talked me through it. I began taking anti-depressants which help the neurochemicals in my brain do what they should be doing. But there was something else I did which I believe was key to getting through my dark valley.
This Sunday, I will share what that was. I hope you will join us. It could very well save your life or the life of someone you love.
